The current “do more with less” mentality will not suffice in the years ahead. To continue being a top school district in Minnesota, we need competitive salaries for teacher recruitment and retention, quality curriculum, and facilities that meet student learning needs.

Transparency and accountability

To address all the work of the school district, transparency and accountability are paramount. As board member, my approach would foster open and honest dialogue, keeping students at the center of all decisions.
